The best time of year to find availabilities for seasonal campsites is mid-August to mid-September.

Seasonal Camping fee allows one trailer and 2 specified campers for part-time use (Part-time use: less than 50% utilization of the campsite for the summer, although the trailer remains on the site all summer and the campsite is exclusively yours). For additional guests, full-time use, a second trailer or other seasonal options see the chart below for rates.

Other Conditions:
License of Occupation must be signed by the lessee. This license articulates the exact conditions by which they are allowed to occupy a seasonal campsite. Two copies will be provided for you, one to sign and return and a second copy for your files.
Campsite Maintenance- It is the responsibility of the lessee to keep their campsite neat, clean, properly groomed, mowed and generally attractive. Also to remove all trash from the campground except for regular household trash or garbage which may be put into the camp Trash Depots for disposal.
Camp Policies: It is the responsibility of the lessee to inform and enforce the camp policies among their family and guests and to see that all are properly registered at the camp office.
Deposits on Seasonal Campsites are always non-refundable
STORAGE SHEDS: are allowed but must be properly maintained with no permanent foundation. Please get approval for your shed before purchase.
DECKS and Sunrooms: are allowed if they have no permanent foundations, are properly maintained and appear attractive. Wood decks must be varnished, stained or painted. All such additions must be pre-approved, in writing, by the camp directors.
Not Allowed: Strings of patio lights, chain saws, generators or loud music equipment, PWC's (Personal Water Craft ie: Sea-Doos)
