Deposit and Refund Policy
No Reservations are confirmed without a paid deposit (Master Card and Visa accepted).
Weekly reservations may be made up to 1 year in advance.
Reservations for weekends are not made more than 60 days in advance.
2 night minumum for advance reservationsDeposit Required to confirm a reservation is 50% of the basic site/cottage/boat fees (incl. taxes), except weekend campsite reservations during July and August require a 100% deposit of the base fee (incl. taxes).
Deposits are only Refundable* according to the chart and notes below:

*Deposit Refund Notes
- All full deposit refunds are subject to a Cancellation fee, which is $10 plus 3% of the refunded deposit.
- If we are able to re-rent a particular unit that has had a forfeited deposit then the deposit will be refunded.
- In the event of a partial re-rent, a refund is made available only after Skycroft has recovered its full rental fee.
- Deposits on Seasonal Campsites are always non-refundable.
