Reservation Policy
Reservations must be made with a credit card through our online reservation system.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a site, the cottage, or boat. Weekend campsite reservations require full payment up front.
Weekly reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance. Weekend reservations cannot be made more than 60 days in advance.
There is a minimum 3 night stay on long weekends. Outside of those dates the minimum stay is 2 nights.
"Blocking off" sites is not permitted. Reservations modified later to get around booking parameters will automatically be cancelled in whole.
Refund Policy
Since we cannot control the weather, refunds are not granted for inclement weather. We believe that camping is an outdoor experience. Some of our nicest weekends in the past have been when the forecast was not favorable.
Deposits are refundable according to the chart below:
$10 plus 3%of the charged amount is applied to all cancellations.
If we are able to recover our full rental, we will happily refund the deposit in full. In the past, we have had success re-booking so it is best to give us as much notice as possible in order to ensure you recover your full deposit.
