Camping is a seasonal business with a short operating season. Because we have a limited opportunity to rebook cancelled reservations, our cancellation policy is necessarily stricter than many year-round accommodations. Please review your reservation carefully before completing your booking.
Please Note: Skycroft Campground Resort does not offer a weather or rainy-day guarantee. While the weather is beyond our control, some of the best camping memories are made in the rain!

Example: A $200.00 refund would incur a total cancellation fee of $16.00.
These fees represent reservation processing costs that Skycroft cannot recover, even if your campsite or accommodation is rebooked.
To ensure fair access to campsites for all guests, reservation blocking is not permitted.
A Blocking Cancellation Fee of 50% of the reservation total will apply to reservations determined to be blocking.
What is Blocking?
Blocking occurs when a guest reserves an extended period of time to prevent others from booking those dates while waiting to confirm vacation schedules or other plans, and then cancels the unwanted dates later.
Reservations of more than two (2) consecutive weeks may be considered blocking unless the entire reservation is occupied as originally booked.
If you are booking more than two weeks and intend to use your entire reservation, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. This policy is intended only to discourage guests from holding campsites that they do not genuinely intend to use, allowing everyone a fair opportunity to book.
